Customised 0870 number based solutions
Many providers attempt to get your needs
to fit into their solutions. We don't. We do have
readymade solutions but always engage with you to
make sure you only get what you need and what will
be of use.
Unlike other 0870, 0845,
0800 providers we offer a total solution including
managing inbound traffic as required.

Problem:
Company X generally wanted calls to be routed to
one location but occasionally required them
to be received at another location when the prime
location was busy or not available.
Solution:
- Provided an 0870 number
solution.
- Customised solution
to route all calls initially
to location 1. After 5 rings upon no
answer at location 1 route calls to location
2.
- If location 2 doesn't
answer route calls to a network based voice
mail system and send the voice mail as an attachment
to an email (audio file).

Problem:
Company Y had two sites
but wanted one number for clients to dial. Company
X also wanted to give clients a choice
of which locations to connect to. As two key
contacts were often out of the office they wanted
a solution that connected clients whilst on
the move.
Solution:
- Provided an 0870 number
solution.
- Customised solution
gave callers a choice of location immediately
after dialling
- Routed calls to either
location 1 or location 2 based on the callers
choice
- If calls were unanswered
from either location, routed calls to one of
2 mobiles.
- Upon no answer from
mobiles,
routed calls to a network based voice
mail system and sent the voice mail as an attachment
to an email (audio file).

Problem:
Company Z began to
receive an increased number of calls. While
they wanted the calls to be answered by a "human
voice" they didn't want the calls answered
by voice mail or an Interactive Voice Response
System (IVR).
Furthermore company
Z already forwarded calls between two
company locations as an overflow measure. This
cost the price of an extra call whenever calls
were forwarded.
Solution:
- Provided an 0870 number
solution.
- Calls rang main company
location for 5 rings (specified by the customer)
- After 5 rings calls
were automatically forwarded to call answering
service.
- Routed calls to either
location 1 or location 2 based on the callers
choice
- Out of office hours
calls were automatically,
routed to a network based voice
mail system and sent as an attachment
to an email (audio file) to company Z.
Benefits:
- Company Z had choice
of whether to answer phone or leave for call
answering service
- Money saved on expensive
call forwarding in between sites
- Voice mails stored
in an orderly fashion with no limitations (apart
from hard disk storage on company computer!)
